The final NFL Sunday of the year is here, and it's sure to be entertaining. The No. 1 seed in the AFC is up for grabs, the AFC South has yet to be decided, Myles Garrett is just one sack away from breaking the single-season record and the AFC North comes down to one game on "Sunday Night Football."
NFL Week 18 concludes Sunday and we asked USA TODAY Sports' staff for their top bets for the entire NFL slate. Here are their picks and predictions.

The NFL playoff picture will finalize after the NFL Week 18 schedule. The top seeds in both the AFC and NFC are still at stake, as is who is going to take the NFC South and AFC North title and the playoff spot that comes with it.
The Packers will go with third-string quarterback, Clayton Tune, and will likely spend most of this week prepping for the playoffs and a rematch with either the Bears or Eagles. The Packers are locked into the 7-seed. Don’t expect much scoring against a Minnesota defense that is playing great to finish the season.
