Tyler Yan on Instagram: "How I did my jerk chicken Ingredients • 4–6 chicken thighs • 3 scallions • 1 small onion • 1 Scotch bonnet peppers(optional) • 1–2 tbsp fresh thyme • 1 tbsp allspice • 1 tsp coconut sugar • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp vinegar • Juice from half a lime • 1 tbsp oil • 3–4 cloves garlic • 1 tbsp fresh ginger • Salt to taste Directions 1. Blend all ingredients into a thick paste. 2. Rub all chicken pieces with marinade.  3. Cover and marinate at least 4 hours. 4. Grill over me
