I demonstrate a few more methods of securement in the video course using various all-in-one securement devices and combinations of tegaderm, tape, and statlocks. The rest of this week will be dedicated to securement and I'll post a couple more examples. Feel free to share your methods or ask questions!

Unfortunately many hospitals don't stock them as they're a bit pricy, but if you have them they're nice. The biggest concern however, is skin breakdown. The adhesive is strong, so they NEED to be removed with alcohol. . They are sterile and can be placed over the top of the transparent dressing (IF the wings extend beyond it), or underneath which is preferred.
