Here is a summer of 2020 video in my garden of a monarch butterfly laying an egg. The egg photos were taken in my gardens in 2026. Monarch butterflies need the milkweed plant to lay eggs on to feed the caterpillar which later transforms into a butterfly. Please consider planting some milkweed in your yard and garden.
