Several amendments have been made to the Town and Country Planning Act, which were approved by Parliament last Thursday . One of the key changes includes granting the Physical Planning Board, the authority to approve plans for subdivisions. Previously, this was the sole responsibility of the Chief Engineer. The Bill was presented in Parliament by the Minister of Physical Planning, Montgomery Daniel, who explained that the roles and responsibilities of workers in the Physical Planning Unit have n
